Who are we?
Namaka was born from the primary ambition of Cloé Gruhier: to make
starting artists professional artists from the get-go. Quickly noticing
that artists do not lack talent but practical knowledge, she first launched
a digital magazine – hauméa magazine – then an artist services agency named Proxima Centauri.
Proxima offers à la carte services to artists at any stage of career
development in France and internationally, and since its launch in 2021
has provided workshops, masterclasses, and consulting sessions to over a
hundred artists. Namaka is the logical continuation of Proxima and will
grow with its users over time.
